Due to our personalized business, we DO NOT offer REFUNDS on lenses, frames, and/or contact lenses. Once the purchase has been made, there cannot be any cancellations or refunds.
COVID-19 - CDC Guidelines
I hope you and your loved ones are staying safe and healthy during this time. I know that the COVID-19 situation is causing unprecedented hardship and by far the most challenging times for all of us. I want you to know that we are all in this together.
I will continue to provide any urgent or emergency eye services through telemedicine. Our office will re-open for comprehensive eye exams and services on Monday June 1, 2020. Our re-open hours are as followed:
Monday-Friday: 10AM-5PM
Saturday: 10AM-3PM
Sunday: Closed
As of May 20, 2020, our office is open for contact lenses and glasses pickup.
I am constantly checking voice messages while the office is closed and will be available to assist in any eye-care services. This is the plan for our current situation.
Moreover, if you are running low on contact lenses, please call our office at 714-731-0215 to place order at anytime. To make sure you have enough contact lenses until your next exam, we will be offering free shipping delivery to your home.
As always, I want to reach out and let you all know that WE ARE HERE FOR YOU. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me with any questions or concerns you may have. By staying apart together and helping each other, we can decrease the cases of COVID-19.
My goal is to responsibly and ethically serve all of you in the safest, most sanitary environment possible.
When you schedule your appointment with me, my staff will call you a day before your appointment to gather all of your medical and insurance information. This will limit the amount of time you are in our office.
If you are COVID-19 positive or experience any of sickness, cold, or flu symptoms, we will reschedule your appointment to prevent the spread of illness. COVID 19 is the most contagious when someone shows these symptoms and can be spread through direct contact with respiratory droplets from the mucous membrane. Secondary exposure can be from touching a contaminated source and then touching the face.
My staff and I will be wearing masks, face shields and scrubs. We will be taking every precautionary measure to protect YOU. I understand that this is a new and stressful time for all of us, so I want to thank you all in advance for working with the CDC recommendations to keep all of us safe. Please be sure to wear your masks when you come to our office. The use of masks is to protect each other.
